About Us

We started out in 1985 (two people) with our brand new but noisy Telex machine.

Today, Odyssey International is recognized as a major player in the provision of Destination Management services and has managed Incentive and Meeting Programs for some of the world's best known corporations.

Just as our Company changed over thirty years, naturally so has our staff; some have gone on to senior positions abroad, some have "retired" to family life and some have even started up their own Destination Management Companies!

The principle however remains the same.

At Odyssey, relationships matter! And the better we know you, then the better we can understand and relate to your needs and your challenges.

Likewise, whereas our staff was once 100% Irish, we now have colleagues from other parts of Europe, affectionately known as the "Foreign Office"!

This fusion of cultures brings vibrancy and innovation, new ideas and new perspectives underpinned by the experience and expertise built up over thirty years.
