Claire Derousseaux Senior Project Manager
Claire arrived in Ireland in 2005 from Biarritz, France. She started her event manager career in Dublin in the sports management industry, organising events across Europe for over 80,000 people. Looking for a change, she then became a Project Manager for a medical association and planned Regional Congresses across the world. Her next challenge to date was to get into the tourism industry and since 2015, Claire has worked in the DMC industry delivering high end incentive events!
Claire is a sports enthusiast and is always up for a new challenge on a personal & professional level, so when she is not delivering incentive programmes, you will find her trekking the top of a mountain or scuba diving in warm waters!
Loves: Running, Trekking, Scuba Diving and it goes without saying: Travelling!

Favourite Incentive moment?
Many fond memories of exciting Incentive Programme across Ireland, but one of the greatest moments I remember was at the very start of my DMC career, organising a sumptuous Gala Dinner in a marquee on the grounds of Luttrellstown Castle for a group of 650 North American guests. The heat wave we were experiencing that week threw a lot of challenges our way, but with all the suppliers working together as a team, we delivered an amazing event! I have to say it was one of the best off-site Gala dinners I have ever organised on such a scale, and one I have learnt a lot from too!
