Yvonne, I want to thank you and Alison for an extraordinary program that you put together for Team Kastle.  Those in attendance are still talking about it.  Jim Mustard, who wasn’t able to make the trip is looking forward to meeting you both when he and his family visit in June.  They’ve heard so much about the programme, they want to duplicate as much of it as possible.  I know there were some hiccups with arrivals, but you all worked them out smoothly.  And the way you cared for our team, particularly Michael Lau speaks volumes to your thoughtfulness, caring and integrity.  I could not have asked for a better company to do the events for our team.  As I mentioned previously, it’s truly a leap of faith to leave everything in the hands of those that I’ve never met – only corresponded with via email or Teams chat.  Yvonne, you and your team exceeded my expectations and they were already high ??.  I am so thankful that we were able to work with you in 2022, after having to cancel in 2020 due to COVID.  You all were worth the wait – you and your team really brought Ireland to life and our attendees will remember this trip for years to come.

I wanted to pass on a note of tremendous appreciation for your team’s hard work and contributions to the great success of the recent **** program in Dublin & Adare.

From the initial planning stages, working with Sharon was a pleasure. Her attention to detail, flexibility and creativity were above par and made planning smooth and organized. During the site inspection she and Pat took great care of me and our client, and were knowledgeable and flexible every step of the way.

Once onsite, the team was exceptional as well – Sharon again was great, always quick to respond to changes or last minute requests. The addition of Claire to the team was fantastic; she took care of our guests and made the entire program very cohesive. She went above and beyond, we were lucky to have her as part of the team.

I cannot say enough about the professionalism and organization of the team. I hope to have the opportunity to work with you all again soon.

Good morning all,

I know the transfers are still going on! But I would like to congratulate the Odyssey team for a fantastic event this week. From start to finish the organising of the events from the Odyssey team were second to none. I know the hard work and preparation that goes into an event like this  and we only look after one aspect of it!

Every event from the Airport arrivals/Tours/ 3 Arena/ Ardgillan/ Departures (Hopefully!) worked a treat.

Special thanks to Gerry and Allan from the transport team who were a pleasure to deal with as always.

Congratulations to Kleri for organising the spectacular event at Ardgillan Castle yesterday... It was a pity the rain came but Ardgillan looked fantastic.

Special mention for Josephine who worked so hard to manage all the guides for such a large event.

And of course Yvonne for her professionalism in organising an event on this scale from beginning to end and all the other members of the Odyssey team that made this such a successful event.

We are sure you don't need to be told how essential you and your staff were to the great success of the Auto-Owners program in Ireland. As you know, we have hosted programs all over the world, but it would be hard to find a program that had so many absolute treats in the way of talented creative entertainment, flawless execution of transport and delightful guides and drivers. Pat and Sharon, where do I begin?  THANK YOU!  Thank you for making our Leaders of Excellence experience the best it could be.  Odyssey came through for us BIG time. 

Our week in Ireland encapsulated everything we are about, it epitomized the emotional connections that we preach to our clients.  I saw tears, I heard laughs, I got hugs… I felt love throughout the event.  And that is credit to you – you provided the environment and the experience for our team to bond and to share stories – a healthy environment is the foundation for emotional connections. 

Ireland is amazing.  Pat, you’re right, it IS a story.  Within your beautiful country there is a culture of friendship, a certain kindness that Ireland displays to strangers – it made us feel welcome everywhere we went.  We felt like family and that comfortable feeling is not common everywhere we go.  You have something special in Ireland.

And you have something special at Odyssey.  Sharon, you are a true professional.  I am honored to have finally met you and humbled to watch you work.  You are detailed oriented, service minded and just plain cool to hang out with (thanks for getting out on the dance floor at the final night!).  Sharon, we threw everything at you – a late site inspection, agenda changes, pax cancellations, activity switches, transfers complications – you handled everything with grace.  And I know my team is not easy to please – my travel professionals have high standards and sharp eyes for mistakes – you were flawless and the compliments are flowing in from everyone on our team.  Your professionalism is eclipsed only by your kindness.    A true partner that I would trust with ALL of our clients and family. 

Pat, my brother.  I mean that, I feel like family with you.  I’m glad I finally got to work with you like so many of my colleagues have.  And it’s all true- you are incredible to work with.  From the moment you and Kevin met me on the site inspection, I knew this trip would be a success.  Your vision of this trip set the stage for everything.  Our Leaders of Excellence benefitted greatly from your ideas, your access, your connections, your dogged determination and your years of experience.  You made the story of Ireland come to life for us; you created memories for our lifetime.  Pat, there is too much to thank you for – our hug on the final night said it all. 

Please know how grateful I am to everyone at Odyssey International.  You have created another huge advocate in me and 30 new ambassadors for Ireland at ITA Group.
